General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of CASA CORPO
Effective: June 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, bookings, memberships, and products offered by CASA CORPO. By using the website, booking classes, or purchasing products/memberships, customers accept the following terms.
1. Subject of the Agreement
These GTC govern the relationship between CASA CORPO (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”) and the participants (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) with regard to the booking and use of all services offered (classes, memberships, events, retail products, etc.).
2. Class Booking & Participation
2.1. Bookings must be made via the online booking system (Bsport), the CASA CORPO app, or in person at the studio.
2.2. Participation is only possible with a prior booking and successful payment.
2.3. Class sizes are limited. Bookings are processed on a “first come, first served” basis.
2.4. Grip socks are mandatory for participation in Reformer classes. Without them, participation is not permitted for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Cancellations and Rebookings
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class starts via the booking system.
3.2. In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the credit or participation will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or recredited.
3.3. Events and special classes may be subject to different cancellation periods and conditions.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
4.1. All prices are listed on www.casa-corpo.com and include VAT.
4.2. Payment is made using the available payment methods within the booking system.
4.3. The Studio reserves the right to adjust prices or package contents at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively.
5. Credits & Memberships
5.1. Credits are personal, non-transferable, and valid only during the specified validity period.
5.2. Unused credits expire after their validity period. Refunds are excluded.
5.3. Memberships are subject to the agreed terms and billing cycles.
6. Use of Facilities
6.1. Customers may access the booked class areas as well as changing rooms, showers, and relaxation areas if included in the booking.
6.2. All facilities must be treated with care. Any damage must be reported to the Studio immediately.
6.3. CASA CORPO assumes no liability for personal belongings unless damage is caused by gross negligence or intent.
7. Liability
7.1. Participation is at the customer's own risk.
7.2. The Studio is not liable for health-related issues unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
7.3. Customers are advised to consult a physician before beginning any training.
8. Conduct at the Studio
8.1. Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.
8.2. Consideration and respectful behavior are essential for a positive studio atmosphere.
8.3. Alcohol, drugs, and training under the influence are strictly prohibited.
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
10. Changes & Jurisdiction
10.1. CASA CORPO reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.
10.2. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Munich, where legally permissible.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
